Q: When will my order be shipped? A:Online orders are downloaded once per day Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be downloaded Monday. Generally it takes 1-2 business days to process, pack, and ship orders provided that all items are in stock and you have provided the correct billing information. If we have a problem with your information or if an item is not available we will contact you via email. If you do not have an email we will try to contact you via telephone. Q: How will I know if an item is on backorder or sold out? A:In the case of a back order or sold out item, we will contact you right away via email. If you do not have an email address, we will contact you via telephone. (Note: Orders placed outside of the US & Canada must provide a valid email addresses. We strongly recommend that all customers provide a valid email address.) Q: My item is on back order/sold out; will I still get it? A:Back ordered item(s) are NOT automatically cancelled. Back orders are generally filled w/in two weeks from order date. If the shipping address is within the US, the available item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order; shipping will be pro-rated for both shipments. Back ordered item(s) will ship once they arrive, shipping for the back ordered item(s) are $4.00 for the first item, and $1.00 per each additional item(s). If you do not want to ship ahead available item(s) you MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the shipping address is outside the US, we will hold your order until it is complete and ship all item(s) at once; if you would like available item(s) shipped ahead, you may contact us at anytime; however you are responsible for all associated shipping fees, duty, and tax on all packages. If you would like to cancel a back ordered item(s) please email or call us immediately. If you do not cancel the back ordered item(s), you WILL be charged for the item(s) and shipping once the order is processed and shipped. “Sold Out” item(s) are automatically cancelled; an item(s) with “Sold Out” status is not on back order, it is gone…there will be no more, it’s gone for good! Q: When will my order arrive? A:Standard delivery times are as follows: FedEx Ground deliveries: 3-5 business days. FedEx International Express: 2-7 business days pending normal customs clearance. First Class Priority Mail: anywhere from 3 to who knows how many business days. Who knows when it will get there? It is the US Post Office after all. We prefer to ship by FedEx which is guaranteed, trackable and fast. Q: How do I get free stickers? A:Mail us a self addressed, stamped envelope with US postage, and we will send you free stickers. (This is an empty/unsealed envelope addressed to you. This envelope addressed to you needs US postage. Place this empty self addressed, stamped envelope inside another envelope and mail it to our Flagstaff headquarters. We will put stickers in your envelope and mail it back to you.) Q: How do I become a Slednecks sponsored rider? A:To be a Slednecks rider you need to prove yourself with results, footage, and/or one of our existing team riders. We’re always down to check out your footage. If you think you’ve got what it takes, send us your footage and resume. We’ve also got a grassroots team through SponsorHouse. Check it out at www.sponsorhouse.com Q: Are the online prices in US dollars? A:Yes, all published prices are in US dollars. If you place an online order you will be charged US dollars. We do not have the means to process conversions; your credit card company will do this for you automatically. You can always visit Yahoo Finance for a live rate exchange. Q: What if my billing address is not where I want my package shipped? A:If you do not want your package delivered to your billing address please enter a separate shipping address. DO NOT enter the shipping address into the billing field unless they are the same. Your credit card will be DENIED if you enter an incorrect billing address. (The billing address is the address where you recieve your account statement.) Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I still make and online order? A:Unfortunately you cannot place an online order without a credit card; however if you call our order line at 928.526.3705 and we can make arrangements to receive a check or Money Order. Q: What will happen if I enter the incorrect billing address or credit card number? A:YOUR ORDER WILL BE DECLINED!!! And your order will not be processed. Q: I don’t want to pay shipping and handling. What are my options? A:Check out our dealer locator. We may have a dealer in your area with what you are looking for! Otherwise you will have to steal our gear from your friends because Slednecks does NOT offer free shipping. We do accept walk in customers. Q: What if I need to make a return or exchange? A:Refer to the back of your invoice or Click here for return form. Simply fill out the return form and ship it back to us. Note: WE DO NOT PAY SHIPPING ON EXCHANGE ITEMS!!! Q: What happens if my package is returned or I refuse delivery? A:If a domestic order is returned to us because of delivery failure or package refusal we will issue a refund for the merchandise. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. If an international package is refused and or returned, a refund will be issued for the merchandise, minus any charges incurred for the return shipping. Original shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. Q: Can you ship to Canada, or other countries outside the US? A:Yes! We can ship to almost any contry worldwide via FedEx international services. Q: Are international orders subject to tariffs and customs fees? A:YES, all international deliveries are subject to duties and taxes according to your governments import regulations. Please contact your local FedEx office for more details. Q: I am from outside the US. Why do I have to pay upon arrival when I was already charged for shipping? A:Shipping is the cost we pay to have the package brought to your address. Customs charges are separate. These duties and import taxes (customs fees) are what you have to pay to have your merchandise imported from the US. Q: I bought an item last week and now it is on sale. Can you refund me the difference? A:NO, published prices are final for the date of purchase. Sale prices will NOT be honored if you make the purchase prior to or after the advertised sale dates. We cannot issue refunds for the difference. |
